High fashion and street style are both extremely popular. Most often, the two styles are merged together. High end fashion designers have an influential effect on people’s every day lives, whilst street style showcases people’s individual styles. The two styles seem to go hand in hand.

There’s streetwear, which has been made popular by brands like Supreme, Palace and Vans. Streetwear is skater-friendly clothing, usually with a bit of sportswear stitched throughout and supporting logos. Streetwear however, is different from street style. Street style is the documentation of whatever someone is wearing on the street that someone happens to take a photo of. Most often, the two names are confused as having the same meaning. High Street Fashion is high top brand stores such as Zara and Topshop. Even artists who are capable of buying Chanel purses and Gucci sunglasses are flying off to buy high street fashion. Many A-listers mix and match high end streetwear with high end fashion designer labels. Many high fashion designers are also collaborating with popular clothing lines. For example, Alexander Wang had a collaboration with H&M, marking one of many high fashion combined with street fashion collaborations.

Our model exemplifies a perfect combination of high fashion and street style with his outfit. He wears ripped jeans from Pacsun paired with a long green zipper t-shirt from H&M. He combines it with a silver bull necklace from H&M and suede boots from Salvatore Ferragamo. He ties his long hair into the trending “man bun” look that many men have started wearing.
