If you’re not a morning person, like me, getting up in the morning is a drag. You’re in a rush to get to class or work while rubbing the sleep out of your eyes and trying to get ready in time. Ladies, there’s an easy solution for getting your hair up to date with the latest style without going through the time consuming process of putting hairspray or mousse. It’s simple. Part your hair in the middle.
The middle part is a hairstyle that never goes out of style. It was relevant through the middle ages, the 80s, the 90s, and basically every decade. The middle part hasn’t just been defined by females, but males have rocked it too. Ladies, remember Jared Leto in My So Called Life and Brad Pitt in the 90s? This hairstyle is resurfacing in popularity with famous celebrities such as the Kardashian sisters and the cast of Pretty Little Liars wearing it.
I wear the signature middle part by parting my hair against it's usual left part. It is a look that is perfect when you want to be professional or on a night out with the girls. It’s a look that’s simple, fresh, and forever stylish. I wear this hairstyle with white shorts, a white t-shirt, and a red plaid shirt wrapped around my waist. The red plaid brings color to my white, crisp, and clean look. I pair with black sandals and black glasses tucked into my v-neck (yes, they're prescribed).
What’s on the BEAUTY BAR: To complete this look, you need a pintail comb to part your hair as desired. If you don’t have a pintail comb, just use your fingers to guide your hair into place and voila, all done.
